You’ve spent many training hours and hours coaching your clients to be a great coach. Whether you are applying for an ICF credential for the first time or renewing your credential, the InVision Coach Cadre mentorship program is an ICF approved coach mentoring opportunity for ACC, PCC, & MCC credentials.

The 2-hour program structure for group mentoring includes:
  • One hour of core competency education
  • One 30-minute coaching session with non-coach coachees
  • Group reflections and feedback based on core competencies
  • Closing and final instructions
  • Plus 3- 2 hour coaching demo and group feedback sessions (ACC, PCC, &MC demo)
The 3 hours of individual mentor coaching include:
  • Three coaching recording review sessions (at your own pace, to be completed within 7 months from the start date of the program)

Ad Hoc Mentor Coaching

If you are interested in ad hoc mentor coaching without subscribing to the Coach Cadre mentoring program, contact us below to begin your ad hoc mentor coaching. Recorded sessions and transcripts should be submitted in accordance with the ICF Performance Evaluation standards.
